The rules of the game.

1. Publisher

Dopamine Labs is a subsidiary of Dopamine Technologies, a Salesforce consulting firm founded in 2005 by Stéphane Hermet and Fabrice Schwertz. Headquarters in France.

2. Scope

These terms govern the use of the dopamine-labs.ai website and the products published by Dopamine Labs, distributed via Salesforce AppExchange.

3. Products

Each product (CalloutGuardian, SandForge, and future products) has its own end-user license agreement (EULA) provided upon installation via AppExchange. These terms apply to the marketing website only.

4. Design partner program

• The program is free and non-binding.
• The design partner commits to providing regular feedback for the duration of the program.
• In return, Dopamine Labs grants a lifetime free license on the relevant tier.
• Dopamine Labs reserves the right to close the program at any time with 30 days’ notice.

5. Pricing

Prices shown on the website are indicative and subject to change before general availability (GA). The definitive pricing is the one displayed in the product at the time of purchase.

6. Intellectual property

Dopamine Labs products are distributed under a proprietary license unless stated otherwise (open-source components listed in each repository). Open-core source code is available under the MIT license.

7. Limitation of liability

Dopamine Labs provides its products “as is”. In no event shall Dopamine Labs be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of its products. Specific SLAs are defined in each product’s EULA.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts within the jurisdiction of Dopamine Technologies’ registered office.
